Data Centres NZ (datacentresnz.com) is the New Zealand edition of Certified Strategic, the Australia Data Centre Index. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

• Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us or fill in a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address and organisation.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are read and how visitors arrive. This uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit.
• Company-level visitor analytics. We use Apollo.io website visitor analytics to understand which organisations visit our site. It identifies the company associated with a visitor's network (for example, a business IP address). We do not use it to identify individual people.

How we use it

We use this information to send the newsletter you asked for, reply to enquiries, improve our coverage and understand our readership. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site, send email and provide analytics (including Google and Apollo.io). Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. We only share what they need to provide their service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@certifiedstrategic.com. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
